The following spaces are available for rent from The Schwartz Center.

McNinch Lobby

An elegant, carpeted room with stately windows overlooking historic State Street. It will provide a graceful setting for receptions, meetings, lectures, banquets, or press conferences.

The Ballroom

The Schwartz Center's most flexible space. This room has the capacity to handle the technical needs of cabaret style performances, readings, business presentations, and rehearsals. Wide open and airy, the space can be comfortably used for meetings, workshops, displays and demonstrations. Immediately adjacent to our serving kitchen, this hall is an outstanding site for a reception or party.

Rollins Auditorium

A comfortable, yet elegant, performance facility fully equipped with state-of-the-art lighting and sound systems. Ideal for presenting plays, concerts, and dance; the auditorium also serves as an excellent venue for movies, lectures, conferences, graduations, or any appropriate public forum. The stage can be configured to provide an orchestra pit, a stage extension, or three additional rows of seating in the orchestra section.

Rental does not include box office service, promotional effort, concessions, ushers, running crew or technical personnel, "backline" or any additional gear beyond what is stated in our technical inventory rider.
